Who we are
Uriel Security is a sole-trader cybersecurity consultancy based in the United Kingdom. For privacy questions, contact hello@urielsecurity.co.uk.
Information you provide
If you use the enquiry form, we receive the information you choose to submit, such as your name, agency, work email, optional phone number and message. We use it to respond to your enquiry and arrange a security health check where requested.
Form processing
The website currently uses FormSubmit.co to process the static contact form and forward submissions to Uriel Security. FormSubmit may process and temporarily retain submitted information as part of that service. See its current documentation and privacy information before launch and review it periodically.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies and does not include third-party analytics scripts.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable legal or professional obligations. You should replace this wording if your actual retention process differs.
Sharing
Uriel Security does not sell enquiry information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the website and email/contact process, such as the form-handling provider described above.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable UK data-protection law, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact Uriel Security using the email address above to make a request.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the website, contact process or legal requirements change. The date at the top will be updated when material changes are made.
This page is a practical website privacy notice, not legal advice. Before launch, confirm the wording against your actual business structure, data flows, email provider and retention practices.
